Slap bang in the middle of the buzzy Mitte area, Zosch is a great reminder of Berlin's no-frills squatting era. Do not anticipate refined pints and suited solution, this bar is unashamedly worn down, straightforward and charmingly casual. Head to their basement place to jam to alternate jazz, individual and punk bands. An additional darkly-lit Berlin bar with wonderfully inexpensive beer and charitable glasses of red wine. Ä is a rare find in Berlin, with a separate location for non-smokers. So if you don't fancy going home smelling like you have actually just chain-smoked a 20 pack of Camel Reds after that this bar is a great alternative for you.
