Hello, I am Tim Evans! A lifelong culinary enthusiast, I’m excited about cooking and Checking out new flavors and textures. I love tests out a variety of cookware - from regular Dutch ovens to modern-day sizzling skillets - and experimenting with various ingredients. Very little provides me a lot more pleasure than developing a mouth watering food for my family and friends to take pleasure in.
